Aeman Kallabat

Aeman Kallabat founded Harmony Assisted Living in Sterling Heights, Michigan in February, 2020. He has a degree in nuclear physics and can read and write in three languages. Aeman is an active working owner in all of his businesses he shows up daily with his Harmony uniform on ready to take on the day. When not at work he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and twin boys. 

Aeman has a true desire to serve people in need and strives to be unique in the eyes of his clientele. Aeman cared for his own mother and aunt for 25 years and at one time he himself was in need of transportation and caregiver services when he was injured while serving in Iraq. Because of his personal experiences with his mother and during his time of recovery Aeman was inspired to provide these services to others in a professional, safe, and responsive environment and understands the keys to making people happy and keeping them healthy.

Aeman is also the owner of Harmony Transportation in Warren, Michigan which was established October, 2009.

Amy Shellnut
Chief Operations Officer

Amy Shellnut has been working in Health Care for over 30 years and is currently the Chief Operations Officer of Harmony Assisted Living. Amy graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation and is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator thru the State of Michigan.   

Amy has a deep passion for caring for others, especially the elderly. To best serve, advocate and provide care for those in need Amy’s career has led her to work in rehabilitation in hospital in-patient, outpatient, and sub-acute settings, she has managed and consulted in multiple settings and held Administrator positions in Nursing Home and Assisted Living settings. Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, her two teenagers and her German Shepherd and when not working she keeps busy gardening, camping and chicken keeping .
