Why Choose Harmony Assisted Living
Our Team
Living in Harmony is more to us than a catch-phrase or a slogan; it’s our belief of how every person should live regardless of disability, age, or need for personal care. Providing a safe and enjoyable living environment that feels like home to our Residents is a shared goal and passion between all of our staff members. We look forward to meeting you and your loved one to discuss how living at Harmony Assisted Living can benefit you.
Aeman Kallabat
Owner/CEO/Administrator
Aeman Kallabat is the founder of Harmony Assisted Living in Sterling Heights, Michigan, which he established in February 2020. He holds a degree in nuclear physics and is fluent in three languages. As an engaged, hands-on owner, Aeman arrives each day in his Harmony uniform, ready to lead by example and provide support wherever it’s needed.
His passion for serving others stems from personal experience. For 25 years, Aeman cared for his mother and aunt, giving him a deep understanding of the challenges families face when seeking quality care for their loved ones. That passion was further shaped by his own journey of recovery after being injured while serving in Iraq — a time when he personally depended on transportation and caregiver services. These life experiences inspired him to create a professional, safe, and compassionate environment for those in need.
In addition to Harmony Assisted Living, Aeman is the owner of Harmony Transportation in Warren, Michigan, founded in October 2009. Across all his businesses, his mission remains the same: to provide dependable, high-quality care and services to those who rely on them.
When he’s not working, Aeman enjoys spending time with his wife and their twin boys.
